Serving is the main purpose of the service lab. Every lab worker is dedicated to serving their patients to the best of their ability. Each of us doing our job honestly and responsibly. We believe in working wholeheartedly and strive for improvement until our patients are satisfied. Therefore, at every step from patient registration to report delivery, the service lab performs every step for the betterment of the patient. We never stop getting better from what we do for our patients, even if we have achieved the best we can. We are keeping train our people and updating our technology over time. Alkhidmat Lab team has a mission to deliver accurate results, on time. More than 70% of medical decisions are based on lab tests, and that is why it is important for lab results to be accurate and timely. The lab operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The lab uses fully automated instruments. We strive towards continual quality improvement and compliance with all applicable standards. The lab is staffed by 03 pathologists and more than 15 DMLT/ BSc/MSc/MPhil lab technologists. Alkhidmat Lab is also participating in the external Quality Assurance program RIQAS & UKAS.
